BETHANY ACADEMY An English ICSE / ISC Residential School
During the months of April and May students and their parents have to make decisions about the course of study to be pursued. A few years ago the Human Resources and Development Ministry of the Hon. Government of India decided to have a comparative study of the students preparing for the Class X and Class XII examinations in all School Boards and Universities in India. The task was entrusted with the NCERT After a detailed study of the problem and research work, the NCERT presented a report declaring that standard of achievement of the students of Council Schools (ICSE and ISC) is much higher than the level of achievement of students of all other Boards and Universities in India.
As the future of our students have to be considered in a global scenerio, they have to be given the best available education. ICSE and ISC Courses stand in the forefront promising youngsters opportunities for entering into a bright future.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination is also trying to give their students opportunities to receive Certificates from Cambridge University in addition to the ICSE and ISC certificates of the Council.
In order to help students from streams other than the ICSE (ie. from SSLC and CBSE streams) proposing to join the ISC course, a BRIDGE COURSE is arranged to be conducted at Bethany Academy, Vennikulam. Participants are required to register on or before 3p.m. on Friday 23rd of April. The course will be for a period of one month from 3rd May 2004 and is tailored so as to equip the students to commence the ISC course with confidence.
